Directions
Start with small amounts to gauge individual response. Place a rice-sized amount (around 0.25mL) under your tongue or ingest with a meal to aid absorption. Effects can take 1-2 hours to begin. Adjust frequency and dosage as needed. The same amount can be applied topically to the skin.
