We work hard to ensure strong, viable seeds. While no natural product can promise perfection, our germination failure rate is extremely low.

If you run into an issue getting your seeds to sprout, let us know. If it qualifies, we’ll make it right with a one-time replacement.

30-Day Window

Our Germination Promise applies within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.

We’ve learned the hard way that unlimited guarantees invite abuse. To keep things fair for everyone, we limit this promise to the first 30 days.

One-Time Replacement

Approved claims are eligible for a one-time replacement only.

We cannot offer replacements on replacement orders.

Freebie or mystery seeds are not eligible for replacement under this promise.

What This Covers

This promise covers germination only.

Once a seed has sprouted, everything that follows depends on environment, care, and technique — water, light, humidity, nutrients, climate, and more. Those factors are outside our control.

We cannot guarantee a successful grow. Only germination.

Abuse & Discretion

If we suspect abuse of the Germination Promise, or repeated claims that suggest improper germination methods, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny replacement.

If you are experiencing consistent germination issues across multiple strains or breeders, the issue is likely related to the germination process rather than the genetics.

Specialty Products

This Germination Promise does not apply to specialty products.
