We believe in what we sell, and we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right, you’ve got thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.

Here’s how it works.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products purchased directly through our website. All refund or exchange requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.

To receive a full refund, items must be unopened, untampered with, and in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny return requests in cases of unusually high return activity or irregular product claims.

Initiating A Return, Refund Or Exchange

Please include:

  • The account name used to place the order
  • The order number
  • The reason for the refund or exchange
  • A clear photo of the front and back of the product in its original packaging

Once we receive your email, we’ll guide you through the next step.

We can’t issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges for packages sent back without first contacting us and receiving instructions.

We’re also not responsible for packages that are lost in transit back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and tracking must be provided to confirm delivery to our facility.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and all requested information has been provided, your refund will be processed.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the date the refund is initiated for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges will ship after we receive and process the returned product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information confirming delivery.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your replacement will ship within one to three (1–3) business days.

Exceptions

If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, contact support@growwillies.com with:

  • The account name used to place the order
  • The order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the packaging and the product

Please reach out within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Exceptions are handled at our sole discretion.
