This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through GrowWillies.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing time is typically one to three (1–3) business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to delay, cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, inaccurate or incomplete information, inventory discrepancies, payment verification issues, or compliance concerns.
An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers selected at the Company’s discretion. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are presented at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, routing issues, service interruptions, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Availability
We ship within the United States, subject to applicable restrictions.
We do not ship to Kansas or Kentucky under any circumstances. Orders placed with shipping addresses located in Kansas or Kentucky will be canceled and refunded.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to their purchase. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of products in any specific jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order destined for a location that we determine, in our sole discretion, is not eligible for shipment.
Risk of Loss and Title
All products are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon the Company’s delivery of the package to the carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. The Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Address Errors and Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or carrier non-delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Refunds for returned packages may be subject to deduction of original shipping costs and restocking fees at the Company’s discretion.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
The Company is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Claims for damaged items must be submitted to support@growwillies.com within five (5) days of delivery and must include clear photographic documentation of the packaging and contents. Failure to provide timely notice may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping Delays
The Company is not liable for delays in shipment or delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, regulatory actions, labor disputes, or force majeure events.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Requests for changes must be submitted immediately after placing the order and are not guaranteed.
Discreet Packaging
Orders may be shipped in discreet packaging at the Company’s discretion. The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding packaging beyond standard commercial shipping practices.
International Orders
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, or regulatory compliance obligations. The Company is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities or other regulatory bodies.
